Returns (distance purchases)

• Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (or receiving the transaction documents, whichever is later).
• The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100 — whichever is lower — may be charged, as permitted by law.
• Exceptions (non-returnable): software, games, and license keys once opened/activated; products assembled or configured specifically for you (e.g. custom PC builds after assembly); goods damaged by the customer.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return.

Returns (in-store purchases)

In-store purchases may be returned per the notice displayed at the store and applicable law.

Warranty

• All new products carry the official manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty — typically 12 months unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Warranty service is handled through our store: bring the product with proof of purchase, or contact us first at 02-540-5530.
• The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
• Custom PC builds include our assembly warranty: we diagnose and re-assemble at no charge; faulty components are handled under each component’s own warranty.
