Welcome to Halawani Tech Plus (“HT+”, “we”). By using halawanitechplus.com and purchasing from our store at Baladi Mall, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive an order confirmation.
• Products marked “On backorder” are ordered from our suppliers upon purchase; the product page indicates expected availability. We will notify you of any delay and you may cancel a delayed backorder for a full refund before it ships.
• We make every effort to keep pricing and stock information accurate. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order with a full refund.

Custom PC Builds

• Custom builds are assembled to your specification and tested before delivery.
• Build specifications are confirmed with you before assembly begins.

Warranty & Liability

• Products carry the manufacturer’s or official importer’s warranty as stated on the product page (see our Returns & Warranty Policy).
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, as permitted by law.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Nothing in these terms derogates from your statutory rights.
