These Terms govern your use of the Halawani Tech Plus website (halawanitechplus.com) and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. They are subject to Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
1. About us
Halawani Tech Plus is a technology retailer operating since 1983, located at Baladi Mall, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem. For any question, please use our contact page.
2. Products & availability
We make every effort to display products, specifications and stock accurately. Occasionally an item may be unavailable or contain an inadvertent error in description, image or price; in such cases we may correct the information or cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (โช) and, where applicable, include VAT at the statutory rate. Prices may change from time to time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
4. Orders & payment
Orders placed on the website are a request to purchase and are confirmed once we accept them. Payment is completed in-store on collection at Baladi Mall, Beit Hanina, Jerusalem. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred).
5. Collection & delivery
Orders are prepared for collection at our store. Where a delivery option is offered, delivery times and any charges are provided at checkout or on request. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection or delivery.
6. Cancellations, returns & warranty
Your right to cancel a distance purchase and receive a refund, and your warranty rights, are described in our Returns & Warranty Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Warranty and Product Repair) Regulations, 2006.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos and images) is owned by or licensed to Halawani Tech Plus and may not be copied or used without permission. Product brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory Israeli consumer law. Subject to that, Halawani Tech Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Jerusalem District shall have jurisdiction.
