Three generations, one counter in Beit Hanina. These are the faces you'll actually see when you walk in — the ones fixing, building, and answering your late-night messages. Every repair, build, and order goes through one of these five.

Samer Halawani

Shop Owner — The Boss

Sari and Adam's dad, and Haron's uncle. Samer came back from Canada and started selling SEGA games at the family's shop at Damascus Gate back in 1992 — and never really stopped. Everything HT+ is today continues the legacy he and Grandpa built: honest tech, sold face to face.

Adam Halawani

Software, Game Dev & Custom PCs

The third generation. Adam graduated in Computer Science and Creative Technologies from the University of Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada — a programmer specialised in game and VR development — award winner at MIT Reality Hack — and the one behind this website and HT+'s software services. He also builds the crazy high-end setups: custom PCs for gamers, engineers, and anyone who wants more power than they strictly need.

Sari Halawani

Head of Finance & Supply

Adam's brother and the numbers man. He studied Business Administration and International Business at CSUN in Los Angeles — and today banks, finances, ordering stock, he does it all. And if he's not behind the numbers, he's on the road picking up stock or delivering an order. If your package showed up fast, thank Sari.

Haron Halawani

Hardware & Mobile Repairs

Sari and Adam's cousin, and the shop's hardware man. If it has a board, a screen, or a battery, Haron can open it — he runs the mobile repair department and helps out on sales. He's the reason “it can't be fixed” isn't something we say often at HT+.

The all-in-one fixing machine. Reda started as a trainee when the shop first opened, learned computers from Adam and mobile repair from Haron — and now fixes both better than most specialists fix one. Genius is a strong word. We use it anyway.

Do I need an appointment?

No — walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. If you want to skip the wait for a repair, you can book ahead on the Fix Your Device page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash (ILS), credit cards, and bank transfer in-store. Payment is taken in store on collection.

Do you deliver if I can't make it in?

Yes — we deliver across the whole country, from north to south. WhatsApp us your order and we'll arrange it.

Can I bring a device for trade-in evaluation?

Absolutely — free evaluation in-store, or send photos on WhatsApp first for a quick estimate before you make the trip.

Is parking available?

Yes, Baladi Mall has on-site parking with entry from the main road — a short walk from our door.
