What we do
The single most important rule of data recovery: stop using the device immediately. Every minute a failing drive keeps running, and every new file written to a card with deleted photos, reduces what can be recovered. Power it off and bring it in.
We start with a free evaluation and tell you three things honestly: what’s recoverable, what it costs, and what the odds are. Simple cases — deleted files, formatted cards, phone-to-phone transfers — are often done within a day. Complex cases take longer, and if a drive needs specialist clean-room work beyond our lab, we’ll tell you that instead of making it worse.

Common questions
What are the chances of getting my data back?
It depends on the failure. Deleted files and formatted cards: usually excellent if you stopped using the device. Failing drives: good if caught early. Physically destroyed media: honest answer at evaluation — sometimes it’s a specialist clean-room job.
How long does recovery take?
Simple recoveries: often same-day or next-day. Failing drives and dead phones: typically 1–3 days depending on condition.
Is my data kept private?
Completely. We recover, verify it opens, and hand it over — we don’t browse your files, and recovered copies are deleted from our systems after you confirm everything’s there.
My phone fell in water and won’t turn on. Can you save the photos?
Often yes — but bring it fast, powered off, and don’t charge it. Water damage gets worse by the day.
What if you can’t recover anything?
The evaluation is free either way, and we quote before recovery starts — so a hopeless case costs you nothing but the visit.
