How long does a screen repair take?
Most common models: 20–60 minutes. Less common models where the part needs ordering: usually 1–2 days.
Are the parts genuine?
We fit genuine parts where available and high-grade certified parts otherwise — and we always tell you which is which, with both options priced when both exist.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. Hardware repairs don’t touch your data. For anything software-related we back up first. Your privacy is respected — we don’t go through your files.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes — every repair is warrantied against part defects and workmanship. Physical damage after the repair isn’t covered.
My phone got wet — what do I do right now?
Switch it OFF, don’t charge it, don’t put it in rice, and bring it to us as fast as you can. Speed matters more than anything else.
Can I trade in my old or broken phone?
