Bought a new laptop, PC, or phone? We’ll set it up completely — accounts, email, printer, your files moved over from the old device — so it’s genuinely ready to use, not just powered on.

Prices in ₪ NIS — exact quote given after the free diagnosis, always before work starts. If we recommend a hardware upgrade instead, the labour quote counts toward it.
FAQ
Common questions
Will I lose my files during a reinstall?
No — backing up your files is step one of every reinstall, and we verify the backup before wiping anything.
My computer is slow. Software problem or old hardware?
That’s exactly what the free diagnosis answers. Often it’s software; sometimes a ₪250 SSD upgrade beats a ₪3,000 new laptop. We’ll tell you straight.
I lost my Windows/Office license. Can you still help?
Usually yes — licenses are often recoverable from the device or your Microsoft account. If not, we stock legitimate OS and Office licenses in our software section.
Can you fix it remotely?
For most jobs we work on the device in-store — it’s faster and more thorough. For businesses we do on-site visits; see our B2B service.
How long does a virus removal take?
Usually same-day. Heavy infections that need a full backup, wipe, and reinstall can take up to 24–48 hours.
