Why the add-ons cost what they cost

Almost none of this is a plugin. HT+ writes these features into your site as code. The cheaper way is a stack of premium plugins with annual licences: you rent the feature for as long as you own the site, it carries fifty things you never asked for and slows you down holding them, it breaks the day the plugin author loses interest, and when you want it to behave differently the answer is usually that it cannot. We build the one thing you actually need. It belongs to you, there is no licence to renew, nothing phones home, and it can be changed later because we wrote it. You are paying once for something instead of every year for something else. Where an outside service genuinely is the right answer โ€” card payments, AI models, mail delivery, cloud โ€” we say so plainly and that provider bills you directly.

Your domain name is included free for the first year. Hosting is not a one-off โ€” it comes with an HT+ maintenance plan, and every plan includes managed hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring. The App Foundation is the platform: one codebase on both stores, the shared backend, submissions and device testing. It is not a promise of unlimited app features โ€” screens and functionality are configured as their own modules. Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and store fees are the client's and are paid to Apple and Google. The backend architecture is part of this price โ€” the data model, the environments and the release path are decided before the first screen is built, not bolted on afterwards.

Multi-step workflows, private data sources and accuracy requirements change the work substantially โ€” we confirm the real scope with you before the final quotation. Model and API usage is billed by the provider, not by HT+.

What you pay, and who you pay it to

AI work has three separate costs and we keep them apart on purpose. First, HT+ implementation โ€” the one-off price on the card: designing it, building it, connecting it to your data, testing it and putting it live. Second, provider usage โ€” OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, vector databases, hosting and any external API. Those are billed by the provider, to you, on your own account, and they move with how much you use. HT+ never marks them up and never absorbs them. Third, optional ongoing AI management under a maintenance plan: prompt and system tuning, monitoring, model changes, workflow adjustments and reporting. No HT+ price includes unlimited AI usage.

Where each tier stops

AI Website Control is content and pages: create, edit and publish through a supported assistant. AI Website Pro adds wider connectors, defined workflows and more than one machine. AI Commerce Control adds store operations โ€” products, prices, stock and orders โ€” with destructive and financial actions gated behind confirmation. AI Developer Control is engineering-level access to your own infrastructure, scoped in writing to what you agree. What each tier buys is the configuration, permissions and safety rails that make that access work โ€” not an open-ended promise that AI will build whatever you ask, forever. Assistant subscriptions and model usage are yours, billed by the provider.

What the 10% covers

Claude and other third-party services

Claude subscriptions, Claude usage and API charges, hosting, paid plugins, connectors and other third-party services are not included in HT+ setup pricing and are paid separately by the client, unless stated otherwise in the contract. HT+ charges for integration, setup, configuration, permissions, workflows, testing and support. Claude is a third-party service and is not provided or billed by HT+. HT+ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Anthropic. The same applies to AI model and API usage in every AI module on this page.

Security โ€” what hardening does and does not mean

Security hardening is not penetration testing, security certification, or a guarantee that a system cannot be compromised. It is the baseline configuration, review and monitoring work that removes the ordinary routes of attack.
