The ATEN CS18208 lets one console — keyboard, mouse, monitor and USB peripherals — control up to eight computers over HDMI, with support for true 4K DCI video at 4096x2160 @ 60Hz, EDID Expert and Video DynaSync for reliable image handling across sources.
A built-in USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub with two ports offers 5Gbps data transfer, and the switch can be daisy-chained to control up to 512 computers with multi-display support across up to eight screens simultaneously. Smart OSD, hotkeys, front-panel buttons and RS-232 commands give flexible control, with stereo audio support over an analogue connection — a good fit for server rooms, control rooms and monitoring setups.
