The Cricut Deep Point Blade is designed for the Cricut Maker cutting machine and handles a wider range of thicker materials than the standard blade. Its steeper 60-degree blade angle (compared to 45 degrees on standard blades) and harder, more durable steel let it cut through magnet sheet, chipboard, heavy cardstock, cardboard, leather and craft foam.
It is intended for use on the Strong Grip (purple) cutting mat for the best results and cleanest cuts.
