This Knife Blade is a replacement cutting tool made for the Cricut Maker, designed to work with denser materials such as balsa wood, chipboard and mat board.
The sharp blade cuts materials up to about 2.4mm thick; for thicker materials, Cricut recommends taping the material down on the purple StrongGrip mat so it doesn't shift while the blade works. It is designed to be used on the purple (StrongGrip) mat only.
