The Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 is a portable power station built around a 3072Wh LiFePO4 battery, delivering 3600W of continuous power (7200W peak) for running multiple appliances at once — from home backup during outages to power tools and equipment on job sites, campsites or in an RV.
It recharges from empty to full from a wall outlet in about 1.8 hours, supports solar charging, and includes a built-in UPS with an automatic switchover of around 20 milliseconds to keep essential devices running through a power cut. The battery is rated for roughly 4000 charge cycles and can retain up to 95% of its charge after a year of storage.
Despite its high capacity, the unit is smaller and lighter than comparable 3kWh-class power stations, with multiple safety systems and app-based monitoring.
