The TP-Link RE305 is a dual-band WiFi range extender that boosts wireless coverage to the parts of a home a router alone cannot reach. It delivers combined speeds of up to 1200Mbps — 867Mbps on the 5GHz band and 300Mbps on 2.4GHz — and connects easily to an existing router without complex setup.
EasyMesh support lets it join compatible routers for a single, seamless network across the home, while dual external antennas and a smart signal-strength indicator help find the best placement. A wired Ethernet port lets it also connect wired devices, and it works as either a range extender or an access point depending on setup.
