The TP-Link RE450 is a dual-band Wi-Fi range extender that boosts coverage in spots the main router doesn't reach well, combining up to 1300Mbps on 5GHz and 450Mbps on 2.4GHz for a combined 1750Mbps of bandwidth.
It supports EasyMesh for a more seamless whole-home network when paired with a compatible router, uses three external antennas for stronger, more reliable signal, and includes a wired Gigabit port so a nearby TV box, streaming device or console can connect directly. A smart signal indicator helps find the best spot to plug it in, and it can also work as a wired-to-wireless access point.
