The Aten CL3708 is a professional KVM switch that combines an 18.5" widescreen LCD, keyboard and touchpad into a single-rail 1U rackmount drawer. It is built for control rooms, data centres and network cabinets where rack space is limited, letting a single console manage up to 8 computers.
The switch supports HDMI connections for high-quality display, and can be expanded through cascading to control up to 128 computers from one console. Management features include a multilingual on-screen display, automatic scanning, Broadcast mode for sending the same command to every connected computer, two-level password security, and firmware updates for long-term compatibility.
A front USB port supports connecting a mouse or other HID devices without needing to access the rear of the unit, and a rear console port allows connection to an external display or a KVM extender for remote access.
