ATEN VE8662 4K HDMI over IP Transmitter/Receiver

The ATEN VE8662 is an AV-over-IP transmitter/receiver that extends HDMI, audio, USB and RS-232 signals over a standard network. Using H.265 compression, it delivers True 4K video at 60Hz and 4:4:4 chroma while keeping bandwidth use and latency low.

It can be configured as either a transmitter for a video source or a receiver for a display simply by assigning an ID, without complex IP setup. The platform supports building matrix switches, splitters, video walls and multi-screen workstations spanning large numbers of endpoints, managed through a browser-based interface with drag-and-drop layout controls.

PoE support, bidirectional audio, RTSP/ONVIF streaming from IP cameras, and a signal extension range of up to 100 metres make it suited to professional AV and security installations.
