The Omada ER706W is a professional VPN router with full Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) support, delivering up to AX3000 combined wireless speed across the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. It combines a flexible wired network with an SFP port, a WAN port, four switchable WAN/LAN Gigabit ports and a USB 3.0 port for LTE modem failover or storage.
It is designed for businesses, institutions and multi-user sites that need fast wireless connectivity together with advanced management and security. Free centralised cloud management is available through the Omada Essentials app, with support for Mesh expansion using other Omada access points, smart load balancing across up to five internet connections, and a wide range of VPN protocols including SSL, IPSec, GRE, WireGuard, PPTP, L2TP and OpenVPN. Built-in security features include deep packet inspection, IP/URL filtering, IPS/IDS and DoS protection.
